We all know it was Snipers that were the major killer in Iraq. When they took out JUBA the sniper attacks died down. Then the major killer in Iraq were IED’s. These were usually large amount of explosives put on the side of the road, under the road, in dead animals, or even in vehicles.

The American solution to this problem was to increase armor on the poorly protected HUMVEEs that were currently deployed in Iraq. While this did work for a while, the Insurgents who are supposedly supplied by Iran (not proven yet) stepped up and came out with more powerful explosives which continued to kill American troops in Iraq.

This brings us to current day and the use of EFPs. These are “Explosively Formed Penetrators” and are deadly in any form. They are generally cylindrical and fabricated from commonly available pipe, with the end closed off by a concave copper or steel disk-shaped liner that will create the shaped charge. When this device is detonated it forms the cap into a deadly molten copper/steel penetrator that has a velocity of over 1 KM/S.

At this speed and the fact that it is molten copper, it can easily penetrate HUMVEE armor and even the armor on a super strong Abbrams Tank. This can even pose a serious risk to the brand new bomb proof MRAP’s which are being deployed in Iraq right now.

A video has just surfaced online from an apparent Iraqi Insurgent group showing personal items taken from the captured soldiers. They also show a clip of the soldiers ID cards. This seems kind of fishy. I think that they just have the soldiers hidden and kept their items in another location and are all hiding which is why its hard for them to get a video out.

Iraqi and American troops are still on the search for their missing friends and soldiers and I hope they find them soon. I have faith that they will find them eventually, alive and well and put the kidnappers to justice.

This is quite possibly the cutest girl you will ever see on video for the United States Military. She is with a group of male Iraqi soldiers and they are playing around with her and i’m pretty sure teasing her and getting her to say dirty things in whatever language Iraqis speak. I would expect nothing more than typical males, but this girl is so cute and knows what is going on im pretty sure and shes just playing along. No harm done I hope, either way check the video out if you wanna see a cutie from Alabama. Hope she is safe and good luck to all of the other American Soldiers. Even if the morons in your own country who are not informed do not support you, I DO! Keep kickin ass for the good of man kind.

Cnn.com is reporting that Prince Harry (3rd in line for the throne) is going to be deployed in Iraq by the end of the month. I assumed that they wouldnt let him go, due to the fact that he is royalty (kind of like the Bush and Vietnam thing ;D). According to the CNN website, he was quoted as saying he didnt want to be left behind while his crew were out fighting.
